I self-published Tourism Tattler over a period of 17 years. Starting with a print distribution of 1500 copies in 2003, the magazine grew to an average international readership of over 356,000 per issue by 2019.

This phenomenal growth was made possible by publishing the magazine on digital newsstand platforms such as Press Reader, Issuu, Yumpu, MagCloud, and Magzter, which have a collective (claimed) user base in excess of 422 million.

In addition to these channels, print copies were also made available for purchase via print-on-demand platforms such as Peecho (Netherlands) and Amazon (USA, UK, SA, Canada, Denmark, France, Spain). Using Amazon’s CreateSpace e-store enabled the magazine to be listed at libraries, academic institutions, and book stores such as Barnes & Noble. From 2018, the magazine was also published in Kindle Reader format.

The Tourism Tattler media title and website domains were sold to an Australian SEO company in April 2020 and the magazine was discontinued.

Over 50 issues of the magazine were published. Below are the last four years editions. Click on the cover of each to view in page-flip format (opens in a new browser window).
